We are incredibly proud of how this project turned out. The original structure wasn't in excellent condition, and the client needed an entirely new house built from the ground up. After detailed discussions with our client, we worked on the demolition plan, the excavation process, and the design and layout of the structure itself. Our designers took the time to understand the client's specific preferences and requirements before providing input and ideas. On approval, we started with razing the existing structure, clearing the site, and ensuring there was no damage to the utility lines and other facilities on the site. We completed the excavation, built the foundation, and completed the construction according to the approved plans. Our team worked systematically, using the best materials and techniques, completing the project within the committed timeframe. Our client was immensely pleased with the result, and the new structure is simple, elegant, and sophisticated, with a distinct appeal.
