We have extensive roots in historic renovation. Working in Annapolis Maryland’s historic district and surrounding areas, Pruett Construction works within historic guidelines and today’s building codes to bring historic properties to former beauty with today’s conveniences and living styles incorporated. AND...we're a Lead Based Paint certified contractor.
Just an example of what makes us special…recently two historic homes were set to be razed because of the extensive damage and deterioration. Working with the homeowners and the local historical jurisdictions on design-build, we successfully renovated both, including crumbling foundations.
The Annapolis home received recognition as the "Best Historic Remodel in Annapolis" that year.
