"We had always envisioned a master bath centered on a soaking tub by a large window overlooking the bay.  Doug, Dale, and the entire team delivered on that vision with top-notch materials and workmanship.  The team clearly operates with a customer-focused approach, and we never felt that any of our questions were too small to bring up.  Even the most junior member of the team said to us "If you're not happy, we're not happy".  The team members were all very experienced and their attention to the design details was beyond our expectations.  Doug, himself, has a great eye for adding unifying elements such as using an extra piece of granite for the window sill, and using beadboard paneling along the back and sidewalls.  He also stepped in to personally resolve a last-minute fabrication issue with the granite subcontractor, and the reworked vanity top was re-installed 24 hours later.  Thanks to all for delivering in the best way possible."

"Doug and his crews were a pleasure to work with and turned the home we had dreamed of into a reality.

We had excellent communication with Doug throughout the whole project. Doug was extremely helpful during the design phase and was open to discussing our ideas and offered many possible alternatives during the process. We also liked the fact that almost all of the interior build-out was done by his in-house crew so there was a lot of continuity and communication throughout. Doug was also very good about confirming the cost and reputation of the outside subcontractors that were required during the project.
